Gangadin & Company Legal Services was established in 2014.
Gangadin and Company have successfully advocated for our clients in Small Claims Court, Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, Landlord and Tenant Board and Provincial Offenses Court.
We have a 95% success rate defending matters before the Small Claims Court. We have also negotiated fair and reasonable settlements for Human Rights claim, with settlements over $70,000 on a single application. We have saved our landlords approximately over $50,000 in damages against professional tenants.
In addition to our civil clients, we have successfully defended clients on serious offences in the POA Court such as stunt driving, careless driving, no insurance and driving while under suspension. We have saved trucking companies and their drivers' thousands in fines and CVOR points.

Omar is a resident lawyer that works in affiliation with Gangadin and Company Legal Services. Omar handles all Criminal, Immigration and Family Law cases.
Omar has worked alongside senior lawyers for the past 30 years, assisting them in various areas of law such as Civil Litigation, Personal Injury Law, Tax Law, Criminal Law and Immigration Law.
Omar has successfully completed a B.A. in Business and Society (Law & Governance Stream) from York University. His LL.B Bachelors of Laws (LL.B), with honors in Law from University of Kent Law School in the United Kingdom and also has a LL.M Master of Laws (LL.M) from Osgoode Law School.
